By installing or using the Urban Discovery app (the “App”) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Urban Discovery publishes curated walking guides for Apple Watch and iPhone. Walks are provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Content (text, audio, maps) is owned by Urban Discovery or its licensors and may not be redistributed without permission.

2. Walk responsibly

The App is a companion, not a navigator. Cross streets carefully, respect private property, and follow local laws. Urban Discovery is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage that may occur while following a walk.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the App or its content.
• Don't use the App to harass other people or to enter places where you're not welcome.
• Don't resell access, content, or city packs.

4. Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Changes & availability

We may add, change, or remove walks and features. We try to give warning for material changes, but cannot guarantee a specific walk or city pack will remain available.

6. No warranty

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Discovery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Discovery's total liability arising out of or related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
